How it all started
Starting a bakery has always been a dream of mine. Growing up, I spent countless hours in the kitchen baking with my grandmother, mom, and sister—some of my happiest memories were made over flour-covered counters and the smell of something sweet in the oven.
In 2018, our gluten-free journey began after trying the Keto diet. When we reintroduced gluten, it wreaked havoc on our bodies. After I was diagnosed with a wheat allergy and my husband tested positive for celiac, we knew our lifestyle had to change completely.
With a lifelong love of baking, I took on the challenge of learning the science of gluten-free baking. It wasn’t easy, but I was determined to create baked goods that tasted as good as—or better than—the gluten-filled originals. After years of perfecting my recipes, I’m thrilled to share these creations with Central Florida, made with the same love and care I grew up with.
