Baked from Scratch

Hey there! I’m Michelle, and baking has always been my happy place. I grew up in the kitchen with my grandmother, mom, and sister, making all kinds of treats—but mainly chocolate chip cookies (because who doesn’t love those?). Over the years, I’ve baked for just about everyone—family, friends, you name it. I’m a total perfectionist, so I’ve spent ages tweaking and perfecting every recipe.

In 2018, my husband and I made the switch to a gluten-free life—not because it was trendy, but because we had to. Turns out, gluten was wreaking havoc on us! I have a wheat allergy, and my husband’s celiac, so we knew it was time for a serious change.

Now, let me tell you—gluten-free baking is no walk in the park! It took a few years of trial and error (and plenty of kitchen disasters) to get it right. But now, I’m confident I’ve cracked the code. I’m constantly testing new recipes, experimenting with flavors, and pushing the boundaries of what gluten-free baking can be. What started as a challenge has turned into something I’m super proud of, and I realized this could be more than just a hobby—it’s my dream job!

SIMPLY THE BEST

Better than all the rest… better than anyone…

Of course we are a little biased! But let your tastebuds be the judge of that.
